By accessing the website, navigate and / or use it, you agree to be fully bound to these terms (pricings, service provided, cancellation, privacy policies, return policies, etc) whether or not you open an account through the website, register on the website or log in with your account. If you are not willing to accept these terms, do not use the website, do not access it, nor place any order through it. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy, thus, each time you use this website you will be under the current regulation of the Privacy Policy; at all times you should review this to ensure you agree to it.

Refund / exchange policy: we do not guarantee the availability of the fabrics selected upon placing an order due to the dynamics of the market. however, we seek our very best to inform you as soon as possible should there be a upset of inventories or other situations.

If the garment received does not fit because the measurements of the garment varies from the specification stated in the order sheet, we are more than willing to do a 1 to 1 exchange.
Please note that the actual fabric colors may vary about 5 -10% from your screens. however if the chosen fabric codes do not tally, we will also offer a 1 to 1 replacement.
Each product is 100% individually crafted to each customer, thus we do not entertain refunds. these are standard practice for custom-made products as there is no resale value.
