We do not guarantee the availability of the fabrics selected upon placing an order due to the dynamics of the market. However, we seek our very best to inform you as soon as possible should there be a upset of inventories or other situations.

If the garment received does not fit because the measurements of the garment varies from the specification stated in the order sheet, we are more than willing to do a 1 to 1 exchange.

Please note that the actual fabric colors may vary about 5 -15% from your screens. However if the chosen fabric codes do not tally, we will also offer a 1 to 1 replacement.

Each product is 100% individually crafted to each customer, thus we do not entertain refunds. These are standard practice for custom-made products as there is no resale value.
